摘  要：线损是影响电网企业经营效益的核心要素之一，也是衡量电力系统设计、生产、管理的重要指标，直接关系到电网企业的经济效益。加强线损管理，最大程度地降低线损，是电力企业增加经济效益、保持良好发展态势的重要途径。当前电网运行挖潜增效压力进一步增大，为更好地做好同期线损系统深化应用工作，加强黄岩地区线损管理，进而推动线损数据全面归真，开展线损管理技术难点攻关探索，结合配电网优化规划，实现配电网降损增效，有效提升线损管理水平和公司经营效益，开展了“基于同期线损的电网降损增效管理新模式”的探索，并取得了一定成效。

Exploration and Application of a New Mode of Power Grid Loss Reduction and Efficiency Management Based on Line Loss in the Same Period

Abstract： At present， the pressure of tapping potential and increasing efficiency in power grid operation is further increasing. In order to better deepen the application of line loss system in the same period， strengthen the line loss management in Huangyan District， and then promote the comprehensive normalization of line loss data， carry out the research on technical difficulties of line loss management， combine with the optimization planning of distribution network， realize the loss reduction and efficiency of distribution network， effectively improve the line loss management level and the company's operating efficiency， and carry out the research The exploration of "a new management mode of power grid loss reduction and efficiency improvement based on line loss in the same period" has been carried out， and certain results have been achieved.

1  研究背景

線损率指标综合反映了电网运行中各环节的损耗，集中体现生产、调度、营销等各项核心业务的管理水平[1]，国家电网新时期同期线损管理模式下，挖掘同期线损数据价值，创新线损管理模式，实现电网的提质增效，成为了新时期线损管理的主题。

2020年，根据国资委统一部署，国家电网公司要求落实提质增效专项工作，配电网损耗占电网总损耗的60%以上，是公司推进提质增效的重点与难点[2]。传统的配电网经济运行分析方法基于准确的基础参数、良好的运行数据以及相对稳定的负荷特性，但配电网设备数量庞大、网络节点众多，存在量测不足，设备参数、运行数据缺失或错误等问题，同时，受分布式电源、电动汽车、储能等新形式的负荷（电源）涌入，负荷特性变化大，造成传统的分析方法适应性差、精度低。……
