摘  要：在新时期环境下，人们医疗意识的增强促进我国医疗行业迅速发展，在此背景下，基层医院也面临很大的工作挑战。在基层医院的运营中，无时无刻不产生大量的信息数据，而这些信息数据以档案的形式为基层医院的发展提供支持，但因为信息数据具有内容复杂、范围广泛、种类繁多等特点，对档案管理工作造成很大压力。本文就主要针对如何加强基层医院档案管理工作进行分析，希望对相关工作的开展提供参考。

How to Strengthen the Archives Management of Grass-Roots Hospitals

Abstract： In the new era， the enhancement of people's medical awareness promotes the rapid development of China's medical industry. In this context， grass-roots hospitals are also facing great challenges. In the operation of grass-roots hospitals， a large number of information data are produced all the time， and these information data provide support for the development of grass-roots hospitals in the form of archives. However， because of the characteristics of complex content， wide range and various types of information data， it causes great pressure on archives management. Next， the article mainly analyzes how to strengthen the grass-roots hospital archives management， hoping to provide reference for the development of related work.

大数据时代的发展对各行各业的工作模式产生了很大的影响，各个企业和单位都对信息数据的价值挖掘十分重视，而医院档案就是医院运营中产生的信息数据体现，它对医院医疗服务、活动开展和长期发展具有重要的价值。为了充分发挥医疗档案的作用，基层医院就需要充分认识到档案管理工作重要性，并积极采取有效措施加强基层医院档案管理工作的开展，这也是其发展中需要重点关注的内容。

1  加强基层医院档案管理工作的意义

在基层医院的运营中，档案管理直接关系到医院的正常运行和长期发展，它是医院管理中的基础与核心部分。通过医院档案能够客观和准确地反映医院工作情况、管理工作以及医疗水平，在现阶段我国卫生体制的改革逐渐深入背景下，需要医院不断地提升医疗技术水平以及服务质量，促进其核心的竞争力提升，更好地满足人们对医疗服务的需求。……
