摘  要：隨着经济的飞速发展，当前人们已经非常重视处理火灾事故。在火灾事故调查过程中，火灾现场的保护是调查火灾起因的重要先决条件，对合法权益有直接影响，同时公安部门也对事故进行衡量，公安部门和消防部门是公正、严格的执法标准的保障。在本文中，将讨论火灾现场保护和事故调查的问题，这些问题将帮助业内人士更好地分析起火原因，明确事故的责任并保护国家和人民的利益。

Abstract： With the rapid economic development， people have paid great attention to handling fire accidents. In the process of fire accident investigation， the protection of the fire scene is an important prerequisite for investigating the cause of the fire， which has a direct impact on legal rights and interests. At the same time， the public security department also measures the accident. The public security department and the fire department are the guarantee of fair and strict law enforcement standards. In this article， we will discuss the issues of fire site protection and accident investigation. These issues will help people in the industry better analyze the cause of the fire， clarify the responsibility for the accident and protect the interests of the country and the people.

无论火灾的类型如何，调查出火灾事故的原因是非常必要的，前往火灾现场确定事故的具体原因并将其用于调查。针对人为火灾事故，必须对起火原因进行调查并追究其责任，因此有关人员可能会受到法律的严惩。在针对自然灾害引起的火灾事故的调查中，有必要组织吸取经验教训进行总结和有效预防以确保对火灾事故有效的控制，因此火灾事故调查存在很多问题，比如火灾事故的原因尚不清晰以及事故调查的总体效果不够，导致无法有效判断火灾起因。因此，进一步调查火灾事故的起因非常重要，只有不断优化相关业务流程提高调查能力，才能提高火灾事故调查的质量，为火灾分析提供良好的保证以防止意外事故的再次发生。
