摘  要：随着现代社会的快速发展，生产工艺的进步，为满足市场中对细支卷烟的需求，必须要对细支卷烟测试台进行技术改造，使细支卷烟的尺寸能够符合市场要求。本文以5.4mm细支卷烟测试台改造为例，首先对综合测试台技术改造内容进行了深入的研究，之后对改造后的卷烟检测结果进行研究，以提高测试台的改造应用价值，提高细支卷烟检测质量。

Technical Transformation of Comprehensive Test Bench  for Fine Cigarettes Detection

Abstract： With the rapid development of modern society and the progress of production technology， in order to meet the market demand for fine cigarettes， it is necessary to carry out technical transformation on the fine cigarette test bench so that the size of the fine cigarette can meet the market requirements. This article takes the transformation of the 5.4mm fine cigarette test bench as an example， first conducts in-depth research on the technical transformation content of the comprehensive test bench， and then conducts research on the modified cigarette test results to improve the transformation application value of the test bench and improve the quality of fine cigarette testing.

本研究主要檢测的是5.4mm直径的细支卷烟，其采用的综合测试台为OM-1和DT，能够对卷烟的重量、长度、吸阻和通风等进行检测，进而明确质量控制情况。通过测试发现，OM-1型号测试台由于设计限制导致其阻碍对5.4mm直径规格的卷烟进行检测，为了满足细支卷烟检测需求，并确保卷烟检测顺利完成，本文对该测试台进行了技术改造，在高速低成本的基础上检测细支卷烟质量，进而为卷烟生产奠定基础。

1  细支卷烟发展现状

全球经济增速下行，各行业发展形势不容乐观，但我国烟草行业的经济效益呈现逐渐增长态势。我国自从实现控烟政策后，同时随着人们健康意识的提高，更多吸烟者戒烟控烟效果趋于稳定，烟草行业在提税时也适当顺价，国家烟草专卖局亦在提高烟草的批发价格和建议零售价格。在此基础上，烟草行业发展也面临严峻考验，监管工业企业积极对整合商业企业将二类卷烟销售作为重点营销，但是效果不佳[1]。……
