单台CCW泵四列水室运行分析

摘 要:本文主要对单台海水冷却循环泵同时四列凝汽器水室运行的工况进行分析,当前机组计划性功率期间停运一台CCW泵,需要隔离一列凝汽器水室,即被隔离的凝汽器水室的汽侧抽真空隔离阀,两个旁排阀,进出口电动隔离阀关闭。汽侧抽真空隔离阀如果隔离不严会影响真空泵运行甚至损坏真空泵。汽侧抽真空隔离阀及两个旁排阀需要现场手动关闭,且阀门行程几百圈,操作费力费时。隔离一列水室后需要将凝汽器水室抽真空系统停运,其他三列水室失去抽真空,低潮位时可能不满水。因此本文进行分析,以便在单台CCW泵短时停运情况下(如CCW泵万向节加油油脂),减少现场操作;避免水室抽真空系统停运;降低凝汽器抽真空泵受损风险。

Analysis of four condenser water chamber operation of single CCW pump

Abstract: This paper mainly analyzes the operation condition of four rows of condenser water chambers of a single seawater cooling circulating pump at the same time. When a CCW pump is shut down during the planned power period of the unit, it is necessary to isolate one row of condenser water chamber, that is, the steam side vacuum isolation valve, two side discharge valves and the inlet and outlet electric isolation valve of the isolated condenser water chamber are closed. If the isolation valve of steam side vacuum pumping is not strictly isolated, the operation of vacuum pump will be affected, and even the vacuum pump will be damaged. The steam side vacuum isolation valve and two by-pass valves need to be closed manually on site, and the valve stroke is hundreds of turns, so the operation is laborious and time-consuming. After isolating one row of water chambers, it is necessary to shut down the vacuumizing system of the water chamber of the condenser. The other three rows of water chambers lose vacuumizing, and may not be full of water at low tide level. Therefore, this paper analyzes in order to reduce the field operation, avoid the shutdown of the water chamber vacuum system and reduce the risk of damage to the condenser vacuum pump in the case of short-term shutdown of a single CCW pump (such as lubricating oil on the universal joint of CCW pump).

1 CCW系统简介
杭州湾的海水经过4条地下取水方涵进入泵房前池,然后进入12条尺寸、形状均一致的取水通道,如图1所示每台机组6条,其中四条用于CCW泵取水,每台机组有两台CCW泵,每台有两条取水通道,每条均为25%容量;另外两条用于RSW系统取水,每条50%容量[1]。前池海水先后通过拦污格栅、前池闸门、胸墙、旋转滤网等设施后进入CCW泵,升压后送入地下水泥方涵管,再由二次滤网过滤,进入凝汽器,带走热量,同RSW系统的排水在排水口混合后排入杭州湾[2]。
1.1 CCW泵
每台机组设置了两台容量为50%的CCW泵,位于海水泵房内CCW泵为立式混流泵,设计流量为18069L/s,设计压头为12.7m水柱。……
