基于LCU实现列车占有硬线电路全功能替换的方法研究

摘  要:城市轨道交通车辆的硬线和继电器电路存在布线复杂、故障率高、后期更改复杂等缺点。利用LCU替换硬线和继电器电路可有效解决上述问题,LCU在轨道交通领域的使用已经成为新的趋势,国内多个城市地铁项目通过使用LCU来简化硬线电路。本文介绍了LCU在江苏某地城轨车辆的使用范围,并通过改进LCU控制逻辑,实现了列车占有硬线电路的全功能替代,保证了司机室占有电路的唯一性及司机室占有供电电路自锁。

Research on the Method of Realizing Full Function Replacement of Train Occupied Hard Wire Circuit Based on LCU

Abstracts: The wires and relay circuits of urban rail transit vehicles have disadvantages such as complicated wiring, high failure rate and complicated later changes. Using LCU to replace wire and relay circuits can effectively solve above problems. The use of LCU in the field of rail transit has become a new trend. Many urban subway projects in China use LCU to simplify wire circuits. This article introduces the scope of LCU in urban rail vehicles in a certain area of Jiangsu. By improving the control logic of LCU, the full-function replacement of the train-occupied wire circuit has been realized, and the uniqueness of the circuit occupied by the driver's cab and the power supply circuit occupied by the driver's cab can be guaranteed lock.

随着社会的发展以及车辆智能化提升,乘客对于城市轨道交通车辆的要求已经不仅仅局限于代步,对车辆的安全性、舒适度以及幸福感都提出了更高的需求。为满足乘客的需求,车辆功能逐渐增多,控制电路对车辆的稳定、安全运行起到了关键作用,电路越来越复杂,车辆故障也会随之增多。目前国内城市轨道交通车辆电路主要采用传统的硬线和机械继电器。对环境及寿命有较高要求,可靠性较低。为进一步提升车辆的运营稳定性,采用智能电子无触点的设备来替换传统的继电器及机械触点提高控制电路的可靠性并简化硬线控制电路尤为重要。

1  城轨车辆控制电路现状

LCU(logic control unit 逻辑控制单元)是在轨道交通环境下应用而设计的数字逻辑控制装置。近年来,LCU在城市轨道交通领域的应用已成为新趋势,国内新增的地铁项目中多数采用LCU对传统继电器进行替换,部分项目甚至进行了繼电器的全部替代。……
