泡沫混凝土在公路抢险中的应用研究

摘 要:泡沫混凝土这一新型材料,因其具有轻质、整体性好、固化自立、强度可调和高流动性等特点,而被广泛应用于桥台路基填筑、拓宽工程和隧道空洞治理等领域。本文结合泡沫混凝土在实际工程中的应用效果,对其各项物理特性进行了系统梳理,并对其在公路抢险领域的应用进行详细阐述。最后以高速公路路基坍塌抢险治理为实例,对泡沫混凝土的应用在应急抢险中的实效进行介绍。本文研究表明,泡沫混凝土可广泛应用于公路抢险工程中,且效果显著,可作为同类工程的借鉴依据。

Research on Application of Foamed Concrete in Highway Emergency

Abstract: Foamed concrete is widely used in bridge subgrade filling, widening engineering and tunnel void management because of its characteristics of lightweight, self curing, high strength, high mobility and so on. In this paper, combined with the application effect of foam concrete in practical engineering, the physical characteristics of the foam concrete are systematically sorted out, and its application in the field of highway rescue is expounded in detail. Finally, taking highway roadbed collapse emergency treatment as an example, the application of foam concrete in emergency rescue is introduced. The research in this paper shows that foam concrete can be widely applied in highway emergency projects, and the effect is remarkable. It can be used as a reference for similar projects.

1 概述
泡沫混凝土是通过机械将泡沫发泡剂制作成泡沫群,再将泡沫群加入到由胶凝材料、骨料掺合料、外加剂和水等制成的混合料浆中,经充分混合搅拌、浇注和养护后制成含有大量相互独立且封闭气孔的轻质多孔混凝土[1]。泡沫混凝土中的气泡,孔径小、分布均匀、表膜牢固,与混合料充分融合后制作成的泡沫混凝土内部充满了大大小小不等的气孔,气孔的存在有效地减轻了自重。
泡沫混凝土这一新型建筑材料自问世以来,由于其具有轻质、高流动性和固化自立等物理力学特性,使其迅速投入到公路建设的各个领域,解决桥头跳车、管道保护、公路拓宽、隧道软岩治理等领域[2-8]的问题。此外,其强度和密度均可通过配合比进行自由的调节,因而在公路工程建设各领域都有着很广泛的应用前景[9-11]。……
