摘  要：在科学技术不断进步的背景下，世界经济呈迅猛发展趋势，我国已步入知识信息化时代，电子计算机在人们的工作、生活中已成为了不可或缺的部分。同时，随着电子计算机的推广、普及，催生了各种新技术，且各技术间的交流融合，也在一定程度上促进了网络通信的进步。值得注意的是，信息和通信均是人类探索未知世界的重要媒介，而计算机技术的大力发展，为提高生产力提供了保障，其与通信技术的有机融合，则在很大程度上提高了网络通信水平。本文主要围绕通信技术与计算机技术的融合进行了探讨、分析，以供参考。

Abstract： In the context of the continuous advancement of science and technology， the world economy is developing rapidly. my country has entered the era of knowledge and information technology. Computers have become an indispensable part of people's work and life. At the same time， with the retreat and popularization of electronic computers， various new technologies have been spawned， and the exchange and integration of various technologies has also promoted the progress of network communication to a certain extent. It is worth noting that both information and communication are important media for mankind to explore the unknown world， and the vigorous development of computer technology has provided a guarantee for important national productivity， and its organic integration with communication technology has greatly improved the network communication level. This article mainly discusses and analyzes the integration of communication technology and computer technology for reference.

信息化背景下，計算机技术、通信技术在各专业、领域得到了广泛的应用，且随着科学技术的快速发展，这两种技术就实现了良好的融合。在融合后，实现了信息资源的共享，从而为人们的工作、生活提供了更大的便利，且在推动通信及计算机技术革新方面也发挥着积极的意义，推动了新技术的诞生[1]。

1  计算机和通信技术的功能

针对计算机设备而言，其在通信技术处理数据中得到了广泛的应用，且通过利用通信手段，实现了信息快速、安全传递。同时，现代化通信系统中，计算机设备也得到了良好的应用，能够处理各种形式的数据，在一定程度上促进了工作效率及质量的提高，特别是在计算机科学水平不断提高的背景下，通信技术实现计算机资源同享，故重视对两种技术的有机融合就显得尤为重要。……
