摘  要：新疆籍少数民族大学生属于我国青年才俊的重要组成部分，其就业问题对我国社会稳定、民族团结及新疆地区经济发展具有重要的影响。该文通过案例分析了新疆籍少数民族毕业生在求职就业过程中存在就业观念保守、学习基础薄弱、用人单位存在偏见、就业信息获取渠道单一等问题，并提出转变就业观念、提升自身素质、完善就业服务体系以及一对一就业信息精准推送和帮扶的指导思路，旨为促进新疆籍少数民族毕业生高质量就业提供参考和借鉴。

An Analysis of the Employment Difficulties of Xinjiang Ethnic Minority Graduates and Discussion on the Guiding Ideas

Abstract： Xinjiang minority college students are an important part of China's young talents， and their employment has an important impact on China's social stability， national unity and economic development in Xinjiang. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the employment process of Xinjiang ethnic minority graduates， such as conservative employment concept， weak learning foundation， bias of employers， single access to employment information， etc.， and puts forward the guiding ideas of changing employment concept， improving their own quality， improving the employment service system， as well as the accurate promotion and assistance of one-to-one employment information To provide reference and reference for high-quality employment of Xinjiang ethnic minority graduates.

就業乃民生之本，自新冠疫情爆发以来，毕业生就业压力进一步增大，学生慢就业现在越发明显，使得当前大学生就业形势越趋严峻。新疆籍少数民族毕业生作为高校毕业生的重要组成部分，由于地域、饮食、语言等方面与内地高校毕业生的差异，就业形势严峻，解决好其就业问题，成为当前高校亟待解决的一项重要课题。当前由于疫情的影响，新疆籍少数民族毕业生就业受到的冲击更是前所未有，交通管制、各类招考工作相继发布了延迟通知等，使得新疆籍少数民族大学生就业问题进入瓶颈。如何做好新疆籍少数民族毕业生就业工作，指导新疆籍毕业生更好、更快地就业，不仅事关民生，也关系着民族团结和新疆地区经济的发展。该文通过案例分析，对新疆籍少数民族毕业生在就业过程中存在的共性问题进行分析，并提出相应的指导思路，旨为促进新疆籍少数民族毕业生就好业、好就业提供可行性参考意见。……
