摘要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法，对处于发展上升期的我国滑雪旅游业因疫情冲击而引发的困境进行分析。研究结果表明：短期内虽受到疫情影响，但从长期来看并未改变滑雪旅游业蓬勃发展的良好趋势。同时利用这个“空窗期”予以重新审视和思考行业的优势和不足，对推动滑雪企业复业后提质增效，推进我国滑雪旅游业向高质量发展目标积极迈进具有十分重要的现实意义。因此，提出加强行业风险管理，提高危机反应和处理能力;加快引导产业结构优化，提升资产价值;升级消费体验感受，提高行业品质;整合供应链，打造产业合作共同体;谋求多元产业汇聚融合，加快培育产业发展新业态等建议。

The Practical Difficulties and Countermeasures of Chinas Skiing Tourism Development under the Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract：By using the method of literature review， this paper analyzes the plight of Chinas skiing tourism industry Under the Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic. The study found that although affected by the epidemic situation in the short term， it did not change the good trend of the vigorous development of skiing tourism in the long run. At the same time， using this “empty window period”to re-examine and think about the advantages and disadvantages of the industry is of great practical significance to promote the ski enterprises to improve quality and efficiency after the resumption of business， and to promote Chinas skiing tourism to actively move forward to the goal of high-quality development. Therefore， this paper puts forward some suggestions， such as strengthening industry risk management， improving crisis response and handling capacity， accelerating the optimization of industrial structure and improving asset value， upgrading consumption experience and improving industry quality， integrating supply chain to create industrial cooperation community， seeking multi industry convergence and accelerating the cultivation of new industrial development formats.

滑雪旅游以其特有的滑雪運动魅力和滑雪旅游资源优势吸引着广大游客，逐渐成为人们休闲度假的首选，在拉动地方经济、促进就业、激活市场、扶贫脱贫等方面都发挥着重要的作用。时至今日，新冠疫情对社会经济生活的影响依然没有完全消除。滑雪旅游业2019—2020年度的经营旺季也因其集聚性特征与疫情防控相悖而停摆。2020年2月23日，习近平总书记在统筹推进新冠肺炎疫情防控和经济社会发展工作部署会议上指出，对于当前的疫情防控和经济社会发展工作要做到“两手抓、两手硬”[1]。面对突发疫情，持续升温的滑雪旅游业如何在防控疫情的同时开展危机自救引发关注，也成为行业思考的焦点。……
