【摘  要】新时期，随着经济的高质量发展，企业需重视对高新技术的应用，使企业管理工作迈向智能化、信息化的新路径，从而在科技赋能下，优化自身管理方式，提升管理工作效率，促进资源优化配置，助力企业稳健发展，使其顺利完成转型升级。同时，信息化时代既使企业管理更便捷、高效，也对其提出了新的要求。这便要求管理人员具有創新意识、反思能力，认清当前工作中存在的主要问题，施以针对性化解措施。基于此，论文对信息化时代企业管理的创新进行了思考。

【Abstract】In the new era， with the high-quality development of economy， the enterprise needs to pay attention to the application of high-tech， so as to make the enterprise management work towards a new path of intelligence and informatization， so that under the empowerment of science and technology， it can optimize its own management methods， improve management work efficiency， promote the optimal allocation of resources， and help the enterprise to develop steadily. So that it can successfully complete the transformation and upgrading. At the same time， the informatization era not only makes the enterprise management more convenient and efficient， but also puts forward new requirements for it. This requires managers to have innovative consciousness and reflective ability， recognize the main problems existing in the current work， and take targeted measures to solve them. Based on this， the paper thinks about the innovation of enterprise management in the informatization era.

1 引言

随着互联网的广泛应用，人们的生活更加智能、丰富与便捷，社会生产方式也发生了新变化。同时，信息交互、民众消费升级所产生的影响是全方位的。生产力的发展已经迈向高质、高效的新阶段，人们拥有极为开阔的视野，对世界的了解与认识也变得愈发深刻，拥有巨大的改造世界的潜能。把握信息技术革命所带来的新机遇，有利于抢占发展先机，融入并顺应新一轮信息革命浪潮。在信息化时代中，企业管理工作应更具创新性、实效性，突破传统管理思维桎梏。

2 信息化时代对企业管理工作创新的意义

2.1 有助于形成新的管理目标

着眼于信息化时代背景，为促进企业的可持续发展，使其能够更好应对产业的转型升级，需对自身管理目标作出调整。应将信息技术引入管理系统中，提高内控工作开展水平，发挥管理效能，提升企业的生产、运营、流通等效率，形成自身核心竞争力。……
