【摘  要】煤矿的生产工作需要多种机电设备的支持。就目前来看，随着我国经济与技术的快速发展，在市场中已经出现了多种类型的煤矿机电设备，这些设备在煤矿行业中发挥着举足轻重的作用。目前，因为煤矿工作环境较为恶劣，工作过程也较为复杂，所以机电设备往往存在快速损坏、维修复杂、报废频繁的问题，这极大地影响了企业的发展，并且容易引发较为严重的安全事故。鉴于此，论文探讨了煤矿机电管理工作中的关键点，针对实际问题提出了几点处理策略。

【Abstract】The production work of coal mines needs the support of many types of electromechanical equipment. As of now， with the rapid development of economy and technology in China， there are many types of electromechanical equipment in the market， which play an important role in the coal mine industry. At present， because the working environment of coal mines is relatively bad and the working process is more complex， electromechanical equipment often has problems of rapid damage， complex maintenance and frequent scrap， which greatly affects the development of enterprises and easily leads to serious safety accidents. In view of this， the paper discusses the key points in the electromechanical management work of coal mines， and puts forward some processing strategies for the practical problems.

1 引言

机电设备在煤矿生产过程中作用巨大，可以说是煤矿生产的主要形式与工具，而各煤矿企业在过去的发展中都在积极建设自身的设备体系，希望能够通过设备的应用与完善来提高煤矿工作的效率。就目前来看，由于使用、环境、设备自身质量等多方面原因，在煤矿工作过程中机电设备极易出现故障问题，甚至引起较高的报废率，这将导致生产效率降低和危险系数升高，影响到企业的正常生产和运营。基于此，本文针对煤矿机电管理进行分析，提出几点应对措施。

2 煤矿机电管理的重要性

在煤矿的生产运营过程中，机电设备管理非常重要，所以各企业也都积极开展机电设备的管理工作，确保机电设备的运行效率。就目前来看，实际上机电设备的管理在理论方面已经较为完善，各企业为了赢得市场的竞争纷纷完善了自身的管理制度，保障自身机电设备的运转效率，进而达到更好的生产质量。……
