【摘  要】企业工会在思想政治工作中发挥了至关重要的作用，同时，也是党的思想政治工作中的核心内容。只有坚决拥护党的领导，着眼于大局，才能从根本上提升企业思想政治工作的整体水平。企业工会的作用与价值十分重要，所以必须发挥这种优势，从而为企业思想政治工作的顺利开展奠定基础。因此，论文对如何发挥企业工会在思想政治工作中的作用进行讨论，希望帮助广大企业工会找准思想政治工作的切入点和位置，进一步提升企业思想政治工作综合水平。

【Abstract】Enterprise trade union plays a vital role in the ideological and political work， and it is also the core content of the Party's ideological and political work. Only by firmly supporting the Party's leadership and focusing on the overall situation， can we fundamentally improve the overall level of ideological and political work in the enterprise. The role and value of enterprise trade union is very important， so we must give full play to this advantage， so as to lay the foundation for the smooth development of enterprise ideological and political work. Therefore， this paper discusses how to play the role of enterprise trade union in the ideological and political work， hoping to help the majority of enterprise trade unions find the entry point and position of ideological and political work， and further improve the comprehensive level of ideological and political work of the enterprise.

1 引言

思政政治工作是党开展工作的重要基础，通过开展思想政治工作可使思想更加统一，精神受到鼓舞。企业在发展进程中，必须开展思想政治工作，从而加强企业人才队伍建设、文化建设、思想建设等相关工作。企业工会作为党领导下的工人阶级群众组织，承担重要职责，通过使用科学的指导方法，对员工进行激励与教育，从根本上提升企业的综合管理水平，促进企业获得稳定发展，与广大人民共同构建和谐新社会。

2 企业工会的优势与特征

企业工会在思想政治工作与其他工作中彰显出很多优势。第一，组织优势。企业工会组织机构可深入各个小组当中，大部分员工都可以是工会会员，不仅包含各级干部职工、组长，同时，还包含各种专业人才、劳模、先进人物等。因此，企业工会可带动大量骨干共同进行思想政治工作。……
