【摘  要】随着大数据、人工智能与区块链等互联网信息技术的不断发展，现代企业面临的风险与压力日益上升，财务转型成为企业寻求价值突破的重要方向之一。论文以W集团为例，分析其实施财务共享服务过程中存在的问题，并提出相关建议，以期为W集团财务共享服务下一阶段的发展以及我国其他同类型且正在实施或准备实施财务共享服务的企业提供参考借鉴。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of big data， artificial intelligence， blockchain and other internet information technologies， modern enterprises are facing increasing risks and pressures. Financial transformation has become one of the important directions for enterprises to seek value breakthroughs. Taking W Group as an example， this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of implementing financial sharing service， and puts forward relevant suggestions， so as to provide a reference for the development of W Group's financial sharing service in the next stage and other similar enterprises in China who are implementing or preparing to implement financial sharing service.

1 引言

共享服务兴起于20世纪80年代，作为一种提供高效且标准化服务的模式，被广泛运用于企业当中。财务共享服务则是以信息技术为基础，通过流程标准化和信息化的方式，以达到优化内部组织结构、降低企业运营成本和提升企业运行效率等目的。财务共享服务的实施并不是一蹴而就的，只有对实施过程中存在的问题及时分析并不断进行完善，才能为企业下一阶段的发展指明更加明确的方向。

2 W集团财务共享服务的实施现状

W集团是一家科技型、资本型、国际化的集团公司，在人力、财务、运营等方面坚持推行信息化管理。从引进ERP系统，规范企业内部运作;到引进SAP系统，全面实施信息化;再到之后的OA系统全面升级以及财务共享项目的全面启动，信息化管理建设为企业的可持续健康发展打下坚实基础。
