【摘  要】中小企业工商管理主要是研究中小企业经营的情况、经营模式还有管理水平等内容，是在这个基础上开展的管理活动，其中包含了对员工的管理、目标的制定等。中小企业在我国的企业中占据了九成以上，所以是我国经济发展重要的力量，而企业工商管理的水平也直接关系到了企业的发展，对于我国的经济也产生了重要的影响。为此，中小企业必须优化管理模式，提升管理的水平，只有这样才能获得更好的发展。

【Abstract】The business management of small and medium-sized enterprises mainly studies the business situation， business mode and management level of small and medium-sized enterprises. It is a management activity carried out on this basis， including the management of staff， the formulation of goals， etc. Small and medium-sized enterprises occupy more than 90% of the enterprises in China， so it is an important force in the economic development of our country， and the level of business management of enterprises is also directly related to the development of enterprises， for our country's economy has also had an important impact. Therefore， small and medium-sized enterprises must optimize the management mode， improve the level of management， only in this way can obtain better development.

1 引言

近年来，随着我国市场经济体制的深化发展，我国提出了一系列的优化政策，所以中小企业应该说获得了前所未有的发展，而且在经济领域也创造出了巨大的价值，在一定程度上满足了快速增长的人口对就业的需要。因为其呈现出来的各种价值，也因此得到了社会的关注。而在这个过程中，工商管理工作是非常重要的。但中小企业的工商管理工作目前还存在着一些问题，以下从它的管理现状进行分析，找到进一步发展的策略。

2 中小企业工商管理中存在的问题

2.1 中小企業工商管理者缺乏管理意识

中小企业管理者很多都不是科班出身，所以缺乏对工商管理的重视，在开展企业管理工作时基本采取的是粗放式的管理方式，而且管理中也并没有掌握科学的知识体系和合理的管理方式，管理质量因此没有得到根本性的提升。……
