摘  要：目的  分析乙酰半胱氨酸溶液辅治老年支气管扩张症急性加重患者的价值。方法  选择滨州市中心医院2019年1月～2020年1月期間老年支气管扩张症急性加重患者共70例，数字表随机分两组，每组35例，对照组的患者给予常规治疗，观察组在该基础上增加乙酰半胱氨酸溶液辅助治疗。比较两组气促、咳嗽、咳痰消失时间、治疗前后患者峰流速、最大呼气中段流量、总有效率、不良反应。结果  观察组气促、咳嗽、咳痰消失时间短于对照组，治疗后患者峰流速、最大呼气中段流量高于对照组，总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。两组均无出现不良反应（P>0.05）。结论  乙酰半胱氨酸溶液辅治老年支气管扩张症急性加重患者的价值高，可更好改善患者临床症状，改善肺功能，安全有效。

Abstract： Objective  To analyze the value of acetylcysteine solution in the treatment of elderly patients with acute bronchiectasis. Methods  A total of 70 elderly patients with acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups： control group（n=35） and observation group（n=35）. On this basis， the observation group was treated with acetylcysteine solution. The disappearance time of shortness of breath， cough and expectoration， peak flow rate， maximum mid-expiratory flow， total effective rate and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results  The disappearance time of shortness of breath， cough and expectoration， peak flow rate and maximum mid-expiratory flow after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group， and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. There were no adverse reactions in the two groups（P>0.05）. Conclusion  Acetylcysteine solution is of high value in the treatment of elderly patients with acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis， which can better improve the clinical symptoms and lung function， and is safe and effective.
