摘    要：运用文献研究法和逻辑分析法分析中国共产党建党百年来领导开展的竞技体育在新民主主义革命时期、社会主义改造时期、改革开放后社会主义现代化建设新时期和进入新时代的中国特色社会主义建设时期的发展历程、历史逻辑及基本经验。中国共产党领导开展的竞技体育在不同历史时期取得的进展，体现出了中国共产党准确地把握了竞技体育发展的历史规律。在新民主主义革命时期，中国共产党领导开展的竞技体育具有训练军队和团结广大群众的双重作用，既增强了工农红军的战斗力，也团结了广大群众。在新中国成立之初，中国共产党实现了竞技体育军民一体化，使竞技体育深入群众中，成为民众日常生活的有机组成部分。改革开放后，“奥运争光计划”的成功实施与北京亚运会及2008年北京奥运会的成功举办，充分体现了中国共产党既通过竞技体育实现了体育外交，又促进了中国共产党体育治理能力和治理水平的进一步提升。中国特色社会主义进入新时代，中国共产党提出了由“体育大國”向“体育强国”跃升的战略，将竞技体育运动与人民群众的日常生活紧密结合了起来。

Abstract：By using the methods of literature research and logical analysis， this paper analyzes the development process， historic logic and basic experience of competitive sports under the leadership of the Communist Party of China （CPC） during the past 100 years since its founding in the New Democratic Revolution period， the period of socialist transformation， the new period of socialist modernization after reform and opening up， and the period of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics entering a new era. The progress of competitive sports under the leadership of the CPC in different historical periods embodies that the CPC has accurately grasped the historical law of competitive sports development. During the New Democratic Revolution， competitive sports under the leadership of the CPC played a dual role of training the army and uniting the masses， which not only cultivated the fighting capacity of the Red Army， but also united the masses. At the beginning of the founding of Peoples Republic of China， the CPC adopted the road of integration of military and civilian sports， making competitive sports go deep into the masses and become an organic part of peoples daily life. After the reform and opening up， the successful implementation of the “Olympic Glory Program” and the successful hosting of the Beijing Asian Games and Beijing 2008 Olympic Games fully demonstrate that the CPC not only realized sports diplomacy through competitive sports， but also promoted the further improvement of sports governance capacity and governance level of the CPC. Since the socialism with Chinese characteristics entered the new era， the CPC has put forward the strategy of leaping from a“major sports country” to a “great sports power”， which has combined competitive sports closely with the daily life of the people.
