【摘  要】互联网的出现为社会带来了深刻的变化，各行各业因此迎来了重要的发展机遇和前所未有的挑战，对企业工会宣传模式也有同样的影响。煤矿企业工会宣传可以引导企业文化体系的完善以及工作氛围的营造，但是应用传统的宣传手段已经无法达到预期的宣传效果。基于此，论文探讨了“互联网+”背景下煤矿企业工会宣传的创新对策，以期提高煤矿企业工会宣传效果。

【Abstract】The emergence of the internet has brought profound changes to the society. Therefore， all walks of life have ushered in important development opportunities and unprecedented challenges. It also has the same impact on the trade union propaganda mode in enterprises. The trade union propaganda of coal mine enterprises can guide the improvement of enterprise culture system and the construction of working atmosphere， but the application of traditional propaganda means has been unable to achieve the desired effect. Based on this， the paper discusses the innovative countermeasures of trade union propaganda in coal mine enterprises under the background of "internet +"， so as to improve the effect of trade union propaganda in coal mine enterprises.

1 引言

“互联网+”是指在信息技术推动下由互联网发展而来的新业态，也是在知识社会创新2.0推动下由互联网形态演进、催生的经济社会发展新形态。“互联网+”中的“+”所指的是将互联网和其他不同行业进行联合，使用各种互联网技术和信息平台推动行业的创新发展。煤矿企业是推动煤炭行业发展的重要主体角色，但是如果仍然将管理重点放在生产效率提升方面会影响到煤矿企业的可持续发展，难以稳定煤矿企业职工队伍。面对新的社会环境，煤矿企业工会应当认识到自己的责任，宣传工作模式创新的意义，积极利用新型的互联网平台和工具开展宣传活动，扩大宣传范围，为煤矿企业文化的构建贡献自己的力量，增强企业内部职工的凝聚力。

2 “互联网+”背景下煤矿企业工会宣传工作面临的挑战

在现代社会背景下信息的传播速度极快，煤矿企业职工会受到外界信息的影响而出现思想波动，职工的思想呈现出多元化的现象，这对于煤矿企业工会来讲属于重要的宣传挑战。……
