【摘  要】小学生口语交际能力作为小学语文综合素养的一个基本板块，其作用和意义不言而喻。在农村小学语文教学中，口语交际教学长期得不到重视，教学策略单一落后，致使学生口语交际能力不能得到有效培养。基于此，需要农村小学语文教师从思想认识上予以重视，积极创设口语交际情景，采取多元化的口语交际教学策略，培养学生良好的口语交际基础能力。

【Abstract】Primary school students oral communicative competence is a basic part of primary school Chinese comprehensive literacy， and its role and significance are self-evident. In the Chinese teaching of rural primary schools， oral communication teaching has not been paid attention for a long time， and the teaching strategy is single and backward， which makes the students' oral communication ability unable to be effectively cultivated. Based on this， Chinese teachers in rural primary schools need to pay attention to their ideological understanding， actively create oral communication scenarios， adopt diversified oral communication teaching strategies， and cultivate students' good basic oral communication skills.

口语交际能力是社会个体应具备的一项基本技能，是人们在社会交际、生活、工作中的交流能力，在人们的日常生活和社会交际中起着重要的作用。随着社会经济的快速发展，口语交际能力的重要性日益凸显。小学阶段的口语交际教学，重在激发学生的兴趣，引导学生能够在不同的语言场合中进行清楚具体的表达、交流，全面提升语言素养和综合能力。作为农村小学，在以往传统的语文教学中，教师和学生对口语交际能力的教与学重视不够，教师无策略教，学生无兴趣学，口语交际教学效率低下。在课程改革深入推进的背景下，农村小学语文教学要立足实际，不断创新教学策略，优化口语交际教学过程，使学生获得基本的口语交际能力，在语言能力方面获得全面发展，以顺应时代发展。

一、农村小学口语交际教学状况

口语交际是一门科学，也是一门声音的艺术，它是一个人的体验活動，需要在语文教学活动中调动学生的眼、耳、口、舌等多感官的参与，从而使学生对语文教材文本的理解由感性认识上升到理性认识，提高学生的口语交际能力水平。……
