智能诊断在汽车维修技术中的应用

摘 要:随着科学技术的不断发展,汽车智能诊断技术不断在汽车维修中得到广泛的应用,在提高维修效率的同时也不断完善智能化应用。传统的、复杂的人工工作在智能化基础上变得更加便捷,解决了人工诊断难以满足日益复杂的汽车故障问题,但是智能诊断系统的可靠性提高仍是主要需要解决的问题之一。文章通过智能化诊断技术特点分析,智能化检测与诊断故障、智能化维修数据管理分析、智能化维修技术的选择、智能化成本分析几个方面进行剖析智能化诊断技术在汽车维修技术中的应用,对现阶段的应用策略和未来的发展方向进行解析。

Application of Intelligent Diagnosis in Automobile Maintenance Technology

Abstract:With the continuous development of science and technology, automobile intelligent diagnosis technology has been widely used in automobile maintenance. While improving maintenance efficiency, it also continuously improves intelligent applications. Traditional and complex manual work has become more convenient on the basis of intelligence, which solves the problem of artificial diagnosis that is difficult to meet the increasingly complex automobile faults. However, the improvement of the reliability of the intelligent diagnosis system is still one of the main problems that need to be solved. The article analyzes the application of intelligent diagnosis technology in automobile maintenance technology through the analysis of the characteristics of intelligent diagnosis technology, intelligent detection and diagnosis of faults, intelligent maintenance data management analysis, intelligent maintenance technology selection, and intelligent cost analysis to explore the current application strategy and future development direction.

汽車故障诊断是排除车辆故障的重要环节之一,传统汽车诊断技术效率低,人工成本较大,精准程度较差。因此智能诊断技术应运而生。智能诊断技术在建模处理和信号处理技术发展的基础上通过数据信息的处理得来的新的汽车故障检测手段,其实现了辩证逻辑和数理逻辑的集成、符号和数值处理的统一、推理过程和算法过程的统一,是知识库和数据库的交互功能。未来发展方向主要为:专家系统与神经网络的结合、数据库与人工智能技术的结合。目前国际上典型的汽车智能诊断技术包括IN.ATE诊断电子设备故障系统,通用汽车的柴油机冷却系统故障,丰田的专家系统-ATERX等虽然我国智能诊断技术发展起步较晚,但是也取得了很多成就,在数字电子设备、机电设备领域较为突出。……
