摘 要：前视野对于整车视野来说非常重要，而在驾车时前端雨刮外露的高度又会直接影响前视野的视觉感受。本文首先比较了车内视角雨刮高度的差别，然后对影响雨刮高度的因素进行了深入研究，并针对各个影响因素总结了降低雨刮高度的方法。相信借助本文对如何减小车内视角雨刮高度起到一定的帮助作用。

Ways to Reduce the Height of the Windshield Wiper inside the Car

Abstract：Front down vision is very import for the whole car vision. However， the exposure of the wiper height will straightly influence the visual vision when driving a car. Firstly， this paper compares the difference of the wiper height， then makes close study on the cause of the wiper height and makes conclusion on all the ways to lower the wiper height. The paper hopes to be of some help in reducing the wiper height in car angle.

1 引言

目前，国内汽车市场竞争激烈，汽车消费者的消费观念也逐步趋于成熟。在激烈的市场竞争环境下，汽车制造企业开始重视感知质量这一理念。感知质量（Perceived Quality）是构成用户满意的核心变量之一，它是用户在购买和消费产品或服务过程中對质量的实际感受和认知。

所谓静态感知质量，是指消费者对汽车的外观零件的匹配关系、和谐性、一致性、工艺等方面的感性认知。评价感知质量的好坏从区域上可分为内外饰视觉质量、内外饰操作质量、内饰储物空间的质量、材料、外饰第二表面和发动机舱的视觉效果。

车内视角雨刮高度这个内饰视觉质量问题长期以来在A0级车上的表现都不尽如人意。本文就如何降低高度做了深入研究，相信借助本文对如何减小车内视角雨刮高度起到一定的帮助作用。

2 前下视野与实际感知视野的区别

轿车的前下视野是指人眼最低处与前风窗黑边最高处所成直线与水平面所成角度。对于工程而言，只要符合法规中下视野的要求，达到预期设定的目标值就可以了。……
