摘 要：中职院校进行汽车维修人才培育时，应当契合汽车维修市场的人才需求，主动对汽车运用与维修专业进行课程改革，架构全新的课程教育体系，保证课程教学与市场需求的有效衔接，保证汽车维修人才的培育输出品质。本文就汽车运用与维修专业课程建设问题进行分析探讨。

Abstract：The cultivation of the automobile maintenance talents in secondary vocational colleges should meet the talent needs of the automobile maintenance market， actively carry out curriculum reforms for automobile application and maintenance， and build a new curriculum education system to ensure the effective connection between curriculum teaching and market demand to ensure the cultivation and output quality of automobile maintenance personnel. This article analyzes and discusses the problems of the construction of automobile operation and maintenance professional courses.

1 引言

我國汽车市场不断发展，创造出大量的汽车维修工作岗位，为满足汽车维修市场的人才需求，中职院校针对汽车运用与维修专业课程进行教学改革，打破传统汽车维修课程的教学束缚，为学生建构沉浸式、体验式学习环境，在实践操练过程中，不断提升中职学生的汽车维修综合实力。

2 汽车运用与维修专业特征解析

2.1 维修人才培育

汽车维修工作开展过程中，由于多种客观因素的影响，导致维修市场人才参差不一，不利于我国汽车维修行业的可持续发展，如维修人员的专业技能不足、职业素养缺乏。企业进行维修人才培育时，主要采取学徒制管理方式，局限了人才的潜能，无法有效提升维修人才培育水平。现代汽车维修市场的不断变化，为保证维修市场的高效运行，应当充分发挥出职业院校的人才培育价值。在中职院校办学过程中，针对汽车维修人才进行专项培育，确保中职学生掌握最新的汽车维修理论知识，以及专业的实践应用能力。

中职院校开展维修人才培育时，应当指导学生熟练应用各类维修检测仪器设备，并掌握基本的岗位外语知识，可利用电脑设备对汽车维修故障进行诊断检测，不断提升自我的专业实力。……
