摘 要：针对高校工科类教学中知识老化速度加快、学校设备更新速度慢、理论与生产实际脱节这一普遍性问题，分析原因，探索新方法。在产教融合背景下，以焊接技术课程为例探讨焊接现场技术和焊接课程教学的融合，总结技术经验和教学经验，以理论指导实践，以实践促进教学。其经验有利于以后的教学改革，同时也为培养从高校学习到行业生产无缝衔接的高技能人才积累可参考的经验。

On the embodiment of the integration of production and teaching in welding technology course

Abstract：In Colleges and universities， Aiming at the common problems of knowledge aging， equipment updating and disconnection between theory and practice in engineering teaching， this paper analyzes the reasons and explores new methods. Under the background of the integration of industry and education， this paper takes welding technology course as an example to discuss the integration of welding field technology and welding course teaching， summarizes the technical experience and teaching experience， guides the practice with theory， and promotes the teaching with practice. This experience is beneficial to the teaching reform in the future， and can also be used as a reference for the cultivation of highly skilled talents who can seamlessly transition from college study to industrial production.

面对信息革命时代的知识急剧增长，随着科学技术的快速进步，知识与实践脱节问题在社会以及高校中体现的越来越明显[1]，产教融合的大背景探索不同的教学方式提高人才培养质量变得尤为重要[2]。焊接作为现代材料加工过程中不可缺少的重要连接工艺及技术，在现代金属工业制造生产中应用非常广泛[3]。目前焊接专业高技能人才严重匮乏，面对人才缺口，高校有使命培养出符合行业需求的高技能焊接人才[4]。焊接技术课程是机械类专业学生的主要专业课，学生掌握焊接技术对机械行业有极大的支持作用。

1 主要问题

首先，在焊接技术教学中，实验项目内容比较简单，学生对知识的综合运用能力不能得到有效训练。受学生人数多和和焊接工位少等问题影响，学生焊接操作实践的时间较少，教学效果不佳，导致学生通过理论、实验、实训环节的锻炼后依然不能在生产岗位中灵活运用理论知识解决生产实际中的焊接操作问题。……
