摘  要：目前，如何进行教育改革是教育界关注的话题之一，而进行教学诊改是高职院校教育改革的政治话语体系。当下对于高职院校教学诊断和改进工作的研究数量成果不多，本文主要从教学工作诊断与改进的核心内涵、高职院校教学工作诊断与改进的意义、高职院校教学工作普遍存在的问题、高职院校教学工作诊断与改进的策略进行研讨。

Research on Diagnosis and Improvement of Teaching Work in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract： At present， how to carry out education reform is one of the topics concerned by the education circle， and teaching diagnosis reform is the political discourse system of higher vocational education reform. At present， there are not many research results on teaching diagnosis and improvement in higher vocational colleges， this paper focuses on the core connotation of diagnosis and improvement of teaching work， the significance of diagnosis and improvement of teaching work in Higher Vocational Colleges， the common problems in teaching work in Higher Vocational Colleges， this paper discusses the diagnosis and improvement strategies of teaching work in higher vocational colleges.

目前，高職院校致力于提高教学诊断与改进水平，目的是：一方面完善内部质量问题，提高高职院校教育教学质量，有效推进教学质量保证体系建立和教学诊断机制改进工作，另一方面是通过教学诊改工作提高教师个人教学质量，提高教师全方位教书育人的能力。为进一步提高高职院校教学诊断与改进工作，教育部出台了许多政策和文件，由此可见，落实教学诊断与改进工作，是当下教育诊改工作中的重点工作，对于提升课堂教学效果和人才培养质量具有深远意义。

1  高职院校教学工作诊断与改进的内涵认知

教学诊断，即发现问题，然后分析问题，最后逐步解决问题的一个过程。但是每个学校的问题导向和问题的确立依据是不一样的。这就需要根据本校的特点来教学目标确定，从而制定不同的解决方案和改进方案。总之，教学诊断与改进的宗旨就是服务于学校、教师和学生，要从学……
