摘  要：随着时代的进步与发展，各大媒体行业迎来了良好的发展机遇，除了传统的四大媒体行业以外，基于现代科学技术发展起来的新媒体，也展现出旺盛的生命力，同时也对传统媒体行业造成冲击，为传统媒体行业带来较大挑战。新闻编辑作为传统媒体行业中的一项重要内容，关系着新闻播报的有效性，必须在新时期下作出创新尝试，为行业发展注入新鲜活力。本文将结合实际情况，对新媒体时代传统媒体新闻编辑的创新策略进行详细分析，以期为今后开展的相关工作提供借鉴与参考。

Thoughts on Innovative Strategies of Traditional Media News Editors in the New Media Era

Abstract： Along with the progress and development of The Times， the media industry ushered in the good development opportunities， in addition to the traditional four big media industry， opportunities to modern science and technology development of new media， also show a strong vitality， but also the impact to the traditional media industry， the big challenge for the traditional media industry. As an important content in the traditional media industry， news editing is related to the effectiveness of news broadcasting， so it is necessary to make innovative attempts in the new era and inject fresh vitality into the development of the industry. Based on the actual situation， this paper will make a detailed analysis of the innovative strategies of traditional media news editors in the new media era in order to provide references for the relevant work in the future.

在新媒體时代背景下，传统媒体新闻编辑工作难度增加，若是仍然以传统形式完成各项编辑工作，往往难以适应现下社会发展，必须要从现实角度出发，对新闻编辑工作进行创新，提高新闻编辑有效性与质量，为传统媒体行业的快速发展打好基础。因此，联系实际分析新媒体时代传统媒体新闻编辑的创新策略是十分必要的。

1  新媒体下传统媒体新闻编辑的特点

我国科学技术水平的提升使得媒体行业逐渐朝着一个全新的领域发展，新媒体的诞生也标志着我国媒体行业进入了新的发展阶段，具有跨时代的重要意义。然而，新媒体的出现却对传统媒体行业造成冲击，尤其是传统媒体，新闻编辑也需要承担更多责任，且要以崭新状态，呈现在受众面前，适应时代发展[1]。……
