摘  要：本文回顾了我国铁路养路机械从人力养护、到小型机械化、再到大型机械化的发展历程，系统归纳总结现有的小型、大型铁路养路机械的类型及其在线路养护具体应用中的配置数量及装备标准。从管理方式、大小型养路机械应用情况、人才培养、供需平衡方面分析了我国铁路养路机械行业的发展现状、未来的发展趋势以及存在的问题，并提出了相应改进方法。

Discussion on the Application Status of Railway Maintenance Machinery

Abstract： The development course of railway maintenance machinery was briefly introduced from human maintenance to small mechanization and then to large mechanization in our country. And the types of existing small and large maintenance machinery and their concrete application in track maintenance and configuration requirements were summarized. This paper analyzed the current situation， the trends and the existing problems of railway maintenance machinery industry from the management method， application situation of large and small road maintenance machinery， talent cultivation mode， the balance between supply and demand ， and put forward the corresponding improvement method.

铁路基础设施是我国交通运输网络的重要组成部分。随着我国国民经济及铁路事业的不断发展，我国铁路运营里程不断增长，运营速度不断提高，人民对铁路运输的需求已经有了从量到质的改变，对铁路基础设施的维养状态提出了更高的要求。在列车长时间运行和自然条件作用下，铁路线路会不可避免地发生变形或损坏。而科学合理的使用铁路养路机械，使铁路基础设施维持正常状态、改善技术性能，对提高线路使用效果和使用寿命具有重要意义。

1  我国铁路养路机械的发展

我国铁路养护手段的发展，经历了从人力养护、到小型机械化、再到大型机械化的过程。20世纪60年代以前，我国铁路养护水平较低，采用的基本都是人力养护方式。即采用钢钎、铁锹、大头镐等工具，进行简单的线路养护作业。这样的养护方式不仅大量耗费人力，而且效率低，效果也不理想，仅仅只能满足简单的养护维修需求。……
