摘  要：在我国科技创新体系中，高校科研管理是非常重要的，但是就当前而言我国高校科研信息化管理建设存在的问题还比较多，这些问题也给高校科研信息化管理和建设造成了极大的影响。笔者主要探究了当前高校科研管理信息化建设现状及策略，希望能够采取有效的措施推动高校科研信息化管理建设更好地进行。

Research on the Construction of Scientific Research Information Management in Universities

Abstract： In our countrys science and technology innovation system， scientific research management in universities is very important. However， at present， there are still more problems in the management and construction of scientific research information in universities in our country. The existence of these problems also makes the management and construction of scientific research information in universities more important. Good progress has had a great impact. The author mainly analyzes the main problems in the construction of scientific research management informatization in colleges and universities， and discusses the strategies for the construction of scientific research informatization management in colleges and universities， hoping to promote the construction of scientific research informatization management in colleges and universities.

科技發展也推动了互联网的发展及普及，知识无论是存储还是传输方式都出现了极大的变化，在高校管理中，现代信息技术的运用也能够推动高校管理信息化建设更好的进行，特别是在进行科研管理的时候，以往的传统手工科研管理方式已经很难满足实际的需要，高校科研工作者也愈加认识到了现代信息技术的重要性，笔者主要探究了高校科研管理信息化建设，希望能够推动高校科研管理更好地进行。

1  高校科研管理工作现状分析

1.1 高校进行科研管理的时候，工作理念比较落后

通过分析高校科研管理现状可以发现，很多高校进行科研管理的时候，依然选择自上而下的方式，并且在这个过程中，进行科研管理也愈加重视项目和成果的管理，这些管理模式的存在也直接导致科研管理过于被动。过度重视管理的局限性比较严重，这也会给科研管理工作更好地进行造成极大的影响[1]。面对这种情况，高校应该在利用自上而下管理优势的情况下，根据科研管理信息化的特征和需要来进行科研管理理念的更新，优化科研管理的整个过程，让高校科研管理更好地同高校发展相契合。……
