摘  要：成立高校图书馆的初衷是为更多学子创建更多的学习渠道和平台，在当前大数据的背景下，信息技术在高校图书馆的应用也越来越普及，信息技术的便捷性和科学性，为高校图书馆各项服务的管理策略提供了更多创新性。以大数据为依据，使高校图书馆更能顺应时代的发展，对图书馆管理提出更高的要求，将大数据的优势充分发挥出来，改变当前管理中存在的问题，使高校图书馆的各项管理和服务创新都能得到有效提升。

The Application of Big Data in the Management and Service of University Library

Abstract： The establishment of university library is to create more learning channels and platforms for more students. Under the background of big data， the application of information technology in university library is becoming more and more popular. The convenience and scientificity of information technology provide more innovation for the management strategy of various services of university library management. Based on big data， the university library can be improved The library can adapt to the development of the times， put forward higher requirements for library management， give full play to the advantages of big data， change the existing problems in the current management， and effectively improve the management and service innovation of university library.

1  讀者行为大数据的内容分析

针对读者需求，读者行为大数据分析有利于高校图书馆为读者提供精准化服务。大数据分析的结果应符合广大读者的真实需求，依据数据趋势合理制定服务方案，以业务、资源、服务三方面为创新出发点，全面考虑制定大数据分析的相关内容。做到贴近读者阅读需求，以读者视角反思高校图书馆在服务与管理上存在的问题，对大数据的统计与分析工作合理规划。同时，大数据分析内容在一定程度上应根据高校图书馆的读者服务工作的变化与实际需求，以完善分析指标的准则体系。高校图书馆可以定期开展实践性的读者创新服务项目，若将创新型服务项目采用定量的分析与统计方法则不容易得到有效的实践成效。因此，若针对读者行为的大数据内容不能满足现有的服务需求，应注意将数据分析内容做科学调整，完善分析指标，最大化体现高校图书馆的读者服务创新价值[1]。……
