摘  要：随着城市轨道交通建设水平不断提高，地铁在城市交通项目中占据着越来越重要的地位，地铁施工需要耗费大量的资金，如何才能在确保建设质量的前提下降低工程造价是值得研究的重要问题，对施工过程加强造价管理非常必要且重要。本文以地铁施工造价管理为研究切入点，深刻论述对地铁施工进行造价管理的重要意义，深入剖析地铁施工造价管控的基本情况，总结并概括其存在的凸出问题，并尝试从多个角度提出提高地铁施工造价管控水平的有效策略，以期可以在确保地铁施工质量的基础上有效控制造价，为我国城市交通发展节约更多可利用的资金。

Research on Cost Management and Control Strategy in Subway Construction

Abstract： With the continuous improvement of urban rail transit construction level， subway occupies a more and more important position in urban traffic projects. How to reduce the project cost under the premise of ensuring the construction quality is an important problem worth studying. It is necessary and important to strengthen the cost management in the construction process. This paper takes subway construction cost management as the research breakthrough point， deeply discusses the important significance of subway construction cost management， deeply analyzes the basic situation of subway construction cost control， summarizes and generalizes its protruding problems， and tries to raise the level of subway construction cost control from many angles In order to effectively control the cost on the basis of ensuring the quality of subway construction and save more available funds for the development of urban traffic in China.

相比于其他城市交通工程，地铁工程具有着十分突出的特点，与一般性质的市政工程存在着很大的区别，此项工程具有施工周期较长、专业技术要求高、投资额度大等特征，而且不同的城市发展水平不同，地铁施工环境、所处区域人文环境等因素都存在着很大的区别，这就会导致地铁工程造价管理存在一定的差异性。因此，有必要对地铁施工阶段的造价管理问题进行深入探究，从而不断提高地铁工程造价管控水平。
