摘  要：该文以大庆市6所高校教师为例，通过教师使用微信运动APP情况调查得出结论：（1）大庆市高校教师普遍使用过手机微信运动APP，且大多数人认为手机微信运动APP对自己产生了一定的积极性影响;（2）大庆市高校教师使用手机微信运动APP有积极和消极影响两个方面。给大庆市高校教师使用手机微信运动APP的建议：提升自身的媒介素养正确看待各类新兴的运动APP;结合自身情况科学使用，避免因为盲目攀比等原因导致自己的身体受到不良影响。

Survey and countermeasure analysis on mobile phone wechat sports APP used by college teachers in Daqing

Abstract： Based on the survey of teachers' use of wechat sports app in six colleges and universities in Daqing City， this paper draws the following conclusions： （1）Teachers in Colleges and universities in Daqing city have generally used mobile wechat sports app， and most people think that mobile wechat sports app has a positive impact on themselves; （2）Teachers in Colleges and universities in Daqing city use mobile wechat sports app in two aspects： positive and negative. Suggestions for Daqing university teachers to use mobile wechat sports app： improve their media literacy， correctly treat all kinds of emerging sports app; use it scientifically combined with their own situation， to avoid the adverse effects on their body caused by blind comparison and other reasons.

隨着手机微信的普及，在众多的运动APP之中，手机微信运动APP以较大的优势被人们广泛使用，特别是高校教师，成为手机微信运动APP庞大的用户群体。

1  研究对象与方法

1.1 研究对象

为了全面了解大庆市高校教师使用微信运动APP的情况，该研究以大庆师范学院、东北石油大学、黑龙江省八一农垦大学、哈尔滨医科大学大庆校区、大庆职业学院、大庆医学高等专科学校6所高校300名教师为样本进行研究。

1.2 研究方法

该文研究方法主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、比较研究法和访谈法。在中国知网等学术网站下载并阅读与论文相关的文献资料，了解国内外学者对该课题的研究成果，为论文的撰写提供理论依据。

发放调查问卷300份，回收297份，调查问卷有效率为99%，能够满足论文研究的实际需要。对6所高校中的100名高校教师进行了访谈。……
