摘  要：随着生活水平的提高，人口老龄化的加剧，老年人的口腔问题也逐渐引起口腔医学界学者的重视。目前老年人的日常护理与家政服务人员密不可分，尤其是失能、半失能的老人。该文旨在分析家政服务专业人员对老年人口腔保健知识存在的短板，制订相关对策提高家政服务人员的口腔保健知识和技能更好地服务于老年人，减少老年人因口腔疾病带来的病痛，从而提高老年人的生活质量。

Study on the Countermeasures of Improving Oral Health Knowledge of Elderly Domestic Service Professionals

Abstract： With the improvement of living standards and the aggravation of aging， oral problems of the elderly have gradually attracted the attention of oral medicine scholars. At present， the daily care of the elderly is closely related to the domestic service staff， especially the disabled and semi disabled elderly. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the shortcomings of the oral health knowledge of the elderly by domestic service professionals， formulate relevant countermeasures， improve the oral health knowledge and skills of domestic service personnel to better serve the elderly， reduce the pain caused by oral diseases and improve the quality of life of the elderly.

據研究老年人心血管疾病、糖尿病、老年痴呆、老年人系统性慢性病等与口腔疾病有着双向密不可分的联系[1]。老年人的口腔问题必须引起人们的重视，预防老年人口腔疾病的措施应该从日常口腔保健入手，目前老年人尤其是失能老人更需要家政服务人员帮助进行日常护理，培养具有老年人口腔保健知识和技能的家政服务人员，更好地服务于老年人，促使老年人口腔健康，达到全身健康，提高老年人的生活质量。

1  老年人口腔问题

2015年第四次全国口腔健康流行病学调查显示：全国65～74岁老年人有81.7%存在不同数目和部位牙齿缺失，平均余留牙数为22.50颗，全口无牙颌老人占比4.5%。随着经济的增长，人口老龄化急剧上升，随之而来的口腔问题已成为困扰老年人日常生活的关键问题。老年人常见的口腔疾病主要体现在以下几个方面。……
