摘  要：社会经济和教育事业的发展，要求高职院校辅导员队伍应向职业化、专业化方向建设，进而充分发挥辅导员在思想政治教育中的作用，提高高职院校学生思想政治水平。基于此，该文对工匠精神相关内容进行调查，探究高职院校辅导员队伍职业化、专业化发展中存在的问题，重点研究以工匠精神为基础高职院校辅导员队伍职业化、专业化发展路径，以供参考。

Research on the Path of Professionalization and Specialization of Higher Vocational Counselor

Team Based on Craftsman Spirit

Abstract： With the development of social economy and education， the counselor team in higher vocational colleges should be professional， so as to give full play to the role of counselors in ideological and political education and improve the ideological and political level of students in higher vocational colleges. Based on this， this paper investigates the related content of craftsman spirit， explores the problems existing in the professional development of counselors in higher vocational colleges， and focuses on the path of professional development of counselors in higher vocational colleges based on craftsman spirit for reference.

1  工匠精神相关概述

所谓工匠精神，主要指的是一种职业精神，体现了职业道德、能力以及品质，是从业者的价值取向和行为表现，其基本内涵包括敬业、专注、精益等[1]。对于高职院校的辅导员而言，该职业的工匠精神内涵主要体现在爱岗敬业、求实创新、細致入微、精益求精这4方面。具体而言，爱岗敬业主要指的是职业态度，对于高职院校辅导员而言，其工作内容较多，无论是学生生活中的大小事情还是对学生的思想政治教育，都需要辅导员进行组织、引导和实施，这要求辅导员应具有尽职尽责、全身心投入的职业态度。求实创新指的是职业思维，由于辅导员职责较多，在实际工作中会遇到各种各样的问题，这要求其需要具备求实创新、解决问题的能力。不同于其他高等院校的学生，高职院校的学生具有较强的主观意识，个性鲜明，要想对其进行有效教育，辅导员需要具有创新精神，使用不同的方法处理问题。……
