摘  要：高职院校的培养目标主要是提升学生的职业能力，随着职业技术人才国际化交流的发展以及地方经济国际化发展趋势，外语的重要性越来越凸显。针对传统双语教学的弊端，该文通过“1+1”双语教学模式将专业教学与专业英语教学的授课时间、空间零距离衔接，统一教学内容、教学进度和项目考核，解决了双语师资困难、学生兴趣缺乏等问题，以期提升学生专业技能，积极地推动高职院校学生职业能力的国际化进程。

Research and Practice of "1+1" Bilingual Teaching Mode of the Online Course Crew Skills and Management

Abstract： The training goal of higher vocational colleges is mainly to improve students' vocational ability. With the development of international communication of vocational and technical talents and the trend of international development of local economy， the importance of foreign languages has become more and more prominent. Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional bilingual teaching， this article uses the bilingual teaching mode of "1 + 1" teaching to connect professional teaching and professional English teaching in time and space at zero distance， unifies teac;hing content， teaching progress and project assessment， and solves the problems of bilingual teacher difficulties and lack of student interest， and in order to improves the professional skills of students and actively promotes the internationalization of students' professional abilities in higher vocational colleges.

高職院校的培养目标，主要是提升学生的职业能力。随着职业技术人才国际化交流的发展以及地方经济国际化发展趋势，培养掌握具备国际化视野的职业技术人才，成为目前的高职教育发展趋势。高职各个专业均开设专业英语课程，对高职院校学生职业能力的国际化发展起到了积极的推动作用。

1  高职专业英语课程现状

1.1 课程设置不够科学系统

目前高职院校某些专业在课程设置和内容方面的确存在一些问题。在调研过程中发现，有部分院校在专业英语教学时，存在盲目设课、课程单一、与专业课进度脱节等现象。如在3年的专业学习中，只开设一个学期的专业英语课程，学时也只有2课时/周。

1.2 教学内容实践性不足

一些涉及国际交流或国际先进技术的专业，比如空中乘务、酒店管理和邮轮国际航运管理等专业，开设专业英语课势在必行。……
