摘  要：会展业能够起到促进地域经济发展、推动经济交流的作用。随着市场经济的不断深入与发展，会展业起到了至关重要的作用与影响。但是从会展业档案管理工作情况分析来看，此方面存在的一些问题对会展业发展起到了一定的制约作用，限制了会展业在经济发展中的促进作用。随着新时期社会主义建设步伐的不断深入，国家经济建设与发展是当下的核心问题。因此，会展业档案管理工作需要进一步适应新时期社会发展形势，不断适应并解决全新的问题，促进国家经济建设。

Abstract： exhibition industry can promote the development of regional economy and promote economic exchanges. With the deepening and development of market economy， exhibition industry has played a crucial role and influence. However， from the analysis of the archives management of the exhibition industry， there are some problems in this aspect， which restrict the development of the exhibition industry and limit the promotion of the exhibition industry in economic development. With the deepening of the pace of socialist construction in the new era， the national economic construction and development is the core issue. Therefore， the exhibition industry archives management needs to further adapt to the new era of social development， constantly adapt to and solve new problems， and promote national economic construction.

近年来，中国会展业取得了一定的发展，属于第三产业中的朝阳产业。在会展经济高速发展的过程中，需要高重视档案管理工作水平，要积极应用先进的科学技术，促进会展业进步与发展。计算机技术与互联网技术，能够有效应对会展信息与档案日益增多的问题。此外，将先进的科学技术应用到会展业档案管理中，能够有效提升會展业工作质量与效率。因此，信息社会背景下，需要不断总结会展业档案管理工作经验，提升会展业档案管理工作质量与效率，还要大力尝试借助先进的科学技术，强化会展业档案应用效率与开发力度，从而有效提升会展业档案信息管理价值。
