摘 要：针对农业高校的培养目标和课程特点，以培养学生“学以为用，学以能用，学以致用”的应用型创新人才为目的，对肥料生产与工艺课程的教学内容和教学方法进行了改革和创新，探索了切实可行、效果良好的教学内容体系和方法。通过教学改革，明显提高了学生的积极性，使学生在了解当前肥料学领域的研究热点的基础上形成了自己的观点。另外，课堂教学中引入相近领域研究进展与分析，对农业院校学生进一步的深造和就业提供了有利的基础。

Teaching Research and Exploration Of Fertilizer Production and Technology course in Agricultural Colleges

Abstract： According to the characteristics of the target and the fertilizer production and technology in agriculture University， in order to cultivate students “learning for use， learning to be able to use， learning to apply” as the purpose， teaching content and teaching methods of fertilizer production and technology course for the reform and innovation， summarizes the teaching content system and method is feasible good results. Through the teaching reform improve the enthusiasm of the students， the students understand their point of view has obvious advantages and form the basis of current research focus on the fertilizer field; in addition，  introducing similar progress and analysis research in the classroom teaching in agricultural colleges， students will further study and employment provides a favorable basis.

肥料生产原理与工艺课程是农业院校农业资源与环境专业的重要的专业课之一。该课程重点讲授的是氮、磷、钾肥等9大肥料的生产原理与加工工艺，另外也涵盖产品质量控制技术与肥料质量检测标准等内容。由于该门课程的动态性强且具有紧密联系农业生产实践的现实性特点，因此亟需不断地更新和补充教学内容，以达到丰富使课程知识体系的目的，同时需要改革传统的教学方法，更加紧密地联系农业生产实际，从而满足教学要求。为此，笔者对农业院校肥料生产与工艺课程教学进行了探讨，为应用型人才的培养提供参考[1]。

1 以加强师资队伍建设为抓手，进一步提高教学质量

建设一支拥有较高教学水平和职业素养，教育教学理念新，学科专业扎实，掌握一定的现代教学技能，且学历、职称和年龄比例结构较合理的师资队伍。……
