摘要：随着《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的发布，教材的改革作为职业教育改革的重要组成部分开始受到各职业院校的广泛关注，其中校企“双元”活页式教材以其政策的指向性、对职业教育教学规律的适应性等成为职业院校教材改革的重要方向。《网络技术综合实训》通过将课程内容模块化、工作任务企业化，形成具有鲜明职业教育特色的校企“双元”活页式教材，对职业教育教材的开发具有一定的参考意义。

Construction of "Dual" Loose-leaf Teaching Materials in Vocational Education—Taking Network Technology Comprehensive Training as an Example

Abstract： With the release of the national plan for the reform of vocational education， the reform of teaching materials， as an important part of the reform of vocational education， began to receive wide attention from vocational colleges， among them， "dual" loose-leaf teaching material has become an important direction of teaching material reform in vocational colleges because of its directivity of policy and adaptability to the teaching law of vocational education. "network technology comprehensive training" through the course content modularization， the work task enterprise， has formed the school-enterprise "dual" loose-leaf teaching material which has the distinct vocational education characteristic， it has certain reference significance to the development of the teaching material of vocational education.

在国务院2019年发布的《国家职业教育改革实施方案》（国发〔2019〕4号）中第一句话就是“职业教育与普通教育是两种不同教育类型，具有同等重要地位”。强调了职业教育的类型特征，同时也对职业教育的转型升级提出了明确的要求。而教材作为职业教育中育人的重要组成部分，对于职业教育的教育教学质量，能否实现人才培养目标起着至关重要的作用。因此作为职业教育改革的一部分，在该文件的第九条“坚持知行合一、工学结合”中明确提出“建设一大批校企‘双元合作开发的国家规划教材，倡导使用新型活页式、工作手册式教材并配套开发信息化资源。”并要求专业教材必须随着信息技术的发展以及产业的升级情况及时动态地对内容进行更新。

从以上的文件内容可以看出，教材的建设是作为职业教育改革的一部分，因此教材的建设和改革应该服务于职业教育的改革，符合职业教育改革的方向，支撑职业教育改革的发展。……
