摘要：通过对新时代农业新业态的概念界定，将农业新业态划分为两种类型，一是融合型，包括高新技术融合型、产业融合型、产业内部重组融合型、新型经营主体融合型、资源开掘型;二是分离型。并呈现创新性、开放性、共享性和协调性四大特征，从发挥市场在资源配置中的决定性作用、同城乡融合发展相结合、紧紧围绕农业供给侧结构性改革主线、深化体制机制改革等方面提出了新时代农业新业态的实践要求。

Characteristics and Practical Requirements of New Industrial of Agriculture in The New Era

Abstract：By defining the concept of new agricultural industrial， this paper divides new agricultural formats into two types. First is integration type， including high-tech integration， industry integration， industry internal restructuring and integration， new business main body integration and resource excavation. Second is separation type， and presents four characteristics which innovation， the openness， the sharing and the coordination. Finally， the practical requirements of the new agricultural formats in the new era are put forward in four aspects： the decisive role in resource allocation， the integration of urban and rural development， the main line of the structural reform of the agricultural supply side， and the deepening of the reform of the system and mechanism.

自有產业以来，农业业态的变异、变革或创新从来就没有停止过，且这种变异、变革或创新是转变农业生产方式、提升农业效益、提高农业竞争力的主要途径[1 ]。改革开放以来，特别是党的十八大以来，中央推动工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化同步发展，显著提升了农业现代化的水平，休闲农业与乡村旅游、会展农业、景观农业、创意农业、阳台农业、生物农业、智慧农业、农业社会化服务业等农业新业态不断涌现，农业发展呈现多元化趋势。党的十九大开启了中国特色社会主义的新篇章，提出实施乡村振兴战略，按照产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕的总要求，建立健全城乡融合发展体制机制和政策体系，加快推进农业农村现代化，这为农业新业态的蓬勃发展创造了优异的制度环境，但也对农业新业态的健康、持续发展提出了更高的要求。……
