摘要：住院医师规范化培训带教师资的质量与水平是影响培训效果的关键因素，如何加强师资管理、规范师资带教工作是培训基地建设的重要前提。因此，本文对目前师资队伍建设存在的主要问题进行阐述，并以规范师资遴选标准、加强师资培训、严格带教过程管理及细化师资评价并实施激励机制四方面为抓手，探讨如何建立健全的师资队伍管理体系，旨在规范师资队伍管理，提升师资带教水平与能力，加强培训基地建设，保证培训质量。

Exploration on the Construction of Teacher Management System in Standardized Residency Training

Abstract： The quality and level of teachers in the standardized residency training are the key factors that affect the effectiveness of training.How to strengthen the management of teachers and standardize the work of teachers in training is the prerequisite for the construction of training bases.Therefore， this article elaborates on the main problems existing in the current construction of the teaching staff，and explores how to establish it by standardizing the selection criteria， strengthening teacher training， achieving strict management of the teaching process， and detailing teacher evaluation and incentive mechanisms，in order to standardize the management of teachers， improve the teaching level and ability of teachers， strengthen the construction of training bases， and ensure the training quality.

住院醫师规范化培训是医学生毕业后教育的重要阶段，是医学生从掌握临床理论知识到提高操作技能与诊疗水平的必要环节。在培训过程中，影响培训效果的关键因素是师资质量^[1]。住院医师规范化培训师资直接参与指导培养年轻的住院医师，其本身的专业技术水平和带教能力影响到未来住院医师的塑成^[2]。建立健全的师资队伍管理体系是将师资遴选标准、培训、考核、评价及动态管理等制度与规定整合应用到培训过程中，是师资管理的重要手段。
