摘要：大数据时代下电子档案信息的安全问题与隐私泄露问题频繁发生，尚未取得有效的控制办法，通过健全相关法律法规，能够有效提升档案安全问题，提升对档案信息的控制水平。只有细致的针对信息安全管理问题进行约束才能避免不法分子做出违法行为，从而在根源上解决信息安全问题。随着社会科学技术水平的不断提升，大数据技术已经渗透到人们的生活与工作中，并且对档案管理模式带来了前所未有的变化，大数据技术不仅给档案管理工作带来了机遇也带来了挑战。需要我们采用相应的对策应全新的变化。通过健全电子档案安全体系，完善各项管理办法与相关法规，提升数字化档案操作水平，进一步提升智能化档案管理系统的完善性，实现大数据时代下档案管理模式的先进性。

Research on the Change of Archives Management Mode in the Era of Big Data

Abstract： In the era of big data， the security problems and privacy leakage of electronic archives information occur frequently， and effective control measures have not been obtained. Through the improvement of relevant laws and regulations， we can effectively improve the security problems of archives and the control level of archives information. Only by carefully restricting the information security management problems， can we avoid the illegal behavior of criminals and solve the information security problems at the root. With the continuous improvement of social science and technology， big data technology has penetrated into people's life and work， and has brought unprecedented changes to the archives management mode. Big data technology has not only brought opportunities but also challenges to the archives management. We need to adopt the corresponding countermeasures to deal with the new changes. By improving the electronic file security system， improving the management methods and related laws and regulations， improving the operation level of digital archives， further enhancing the perfection of intelligent archives management system， and realizing the advanced nature of archives management mode in the era of big data.

大數据时代下，互联网技术、云计算技术改变了人们原有的工作与生活方式，档案管理模式也逐渐朝向智能化方向发展。因此档案管理工作于要基于大数据技术，进行思维优化与创新，从而在全新的时代背景下制定出满足我国档案管理工作先进要求的大数据发展战略，因此有必要探究大数据时代对档案管理工作带来的改变。

1大数据背景下档案管理发生的变化

当今时代是数据资源丰富的时代，需要针对数据资源制定出行之有效的管理对策，保证档案管理工作有序进行，避免造成数据信息混乱的想象。……
