摘要：DCS系统控制在火电厂整体生产运行中发挥着重要的作用，但在实际操作中不可避免会出现一定故障问题，从而影响系统运行质量，为此需要采取有效措施做好运行维护和故障处理。文章先简单分析了火电厂中的DCS系统，包括系统结构和系统功能特征，随后介绍了火电厂DCS系统的运行维护以及故障处理策略，包括运行问题分析、运行维护核心技术、故障处理措施，希望能给相关人士提供有效参考。

Discussion on Operation Maintenance and Fault Treatment of DCS System in Thermal Power Plant

Abstract： DCS system control plays an important role in the overall production and operation of thermal power plant， but there will inevitably be some fault problems in practical operation， which will affect the operation quality of the system. Therefore， effective measures should be taken to do a good job of operation maintenance and fault handling. This paper briefly analyzes the DCS system in thermal power plant， including system structure and system function characteristics， and then introduces the operation and maintenance of DCS system in thermal power plant and thermal power plant， including operation problem analysis， operation and maintenance core technology， fault handling measures， hoping to provide effective reference for relevant people.

火电厂是当下社会发展的重要动力支持，关系到整个社会生产、生活的正常发展，随着时代发展和科技进步，DCS系统控制技术逐渐应用到火电厂的日常生产运行当中，并发挥着重要作用，关系到火电厂的稳定运行。但在实践运行中也容易出现各种故障问题，为此需要采取有效措施进行科学处理，降低故障问题影响，保障系统稳定运行，提升火电厂经济效益^[1]。

1火电厂DCS系统分析

1.1系统结构

DCS系统普遍用于工厂和生产运行过程的计算机控制系统，整个系统中设置有自主控制器，通过中央操作人员进行合理控制监督。这一点和集中式控制器为基础的非分布式控制系统正好相反，中央控制室以及中央计算机中离散控制器属于DCS系统核心。DCS系统主要结构如下：第一是零级结构，涵盖现场各种设备，比如温度传感器和流量传感器，同时还有控制阀这一最终控制元件。第二是一级结构，涵盖工业化输送I/O模块以及分布式处理装置。……
