摘 要：针对城市地铁隧道盾构掘进过程中出渣问题，介绍当前存在的波状挡边输送机出渣工艺和高倾角压带式输送机出渣工艺机设备，并对两种垂直提升系统在隧道施工中应用进行分析研究。工程实际应用表明，高倾角压带式输送机在城市隧道文明施工中较好地解决了粘性渣土清扫问题，在隧道渣土垂直提升中优势更加明显，更有利于促进我国隧道施工工法改进，对隧道渣土垂直提升有一定的借鉴意义。

Study on Vertical Lifting System of Tunnel Materials

Abstract： Aiming at the problem of slag discharge during shield tunneling of urban subway tunnel， this paper introduces the existing slag discharge technology of corrugated edge conveyor and high inclination pressure belt conveyor， and analyzes the application of two kinds of vertical lifting systems in tunnel construction. Through the practical application of the project， it shows that the high inclination pressure belt conveyor in the civilized construction of urban tunnel can better solve the cleaning problem of viscous slag， and has more obvious advantages in the vertical lifting of tunnel slag， which is more conducive to promoting the improvement of tunnel construction method in China， and has certain reference significance for the vertical lifting of tunnel slag.

0 引言

随着我国城市地铁、轻轨、高铁等轨道交通工程的大规模建设，掘进机、盾构机等重大技术装备广泛应用隧道工程越来越多^【10】。隧道工程建设中，施工作业空间狭窄，且施工设备等各方面条件有诸多限制，施工环境恶劣导致效率难以提高，这已经成为隧道建设及城市轨道交通发展的主要制約因素，只有在施工工艺及施工装备方面有所改进和突破，才能符合现代工程施工的节奏。在隧道掘进连续出渣方面，目前多采用有轨电车、龙门吊出渣，出渣过程中多出现不连续和交叉作业问题，尤其针对隧道掘进过程中竖井渣土垂直提升是目前亟待解决的问题。

1 渣土垂直提升方案确定

由于施工空间有限，在隧道施工过程中如何提升带式输送机的倾角的研究一直在不断探索。带式输送机输送机作为通用设备广泛应用与散料输送领域，散料的输送物料取决于物料和输送带之间的摩擦力，如果要实现物料的大倾角输送，就必须增大物料与物料以及物料与胶带之间的摩擦力^【4】。……
