摘  要：随着消费的升级，大数据时代的到来，互联网与物流深度融合，现代物流依托物联网、大数据、人工智能等技术在物流上的应用，开始步入智慧物流发展阶段。海南自由贸易试验区（港）建设过程中，智慧物流的发展是海南物流发展的必然选择，文章分析了大数据背景下海南智慧物流发展面临的主要问题，通过对问题的深入剖析，针对性地提出了智慧物流的发展建议，探索海南智慧物流发展策略。

Abstract： With the upgrading of consumption and the advent of big data era， internet and logistics are closely integrated. Modern logistics relies on the application of technologies such as internet of things， big data and artificial intelligence in logistics， and modern logistics enters the development stages of smart logistics. During the construction process of Hainan Free Trade Zone（Port）， smart logistics is an inevitable choice for the development of logistics in Hainan province. In this thesis， major problems that smart logistics in Hainan province are facing during the development process in the context of big data are analyzed. Through in-depth problem analyzing， corresponding suggestions are proposed on promoting the development of smart logistics， and development strategies of smart logistics in Hainan are explored.

隨着大数据时代的不断发展，物流大数据和物流智慧化技术与手段的应用，推动了我国物流产业的建设，逐步向实现智慧物流的方向发展。海南自由贸易试验区（港）建设，给海南物流业的发展带来了机遇，智慧物流的发展是必然趋势。智慧物流的建设可以解决海南物流成本过高的问题，完善产业链，提升企业核心竞争力;智慧物流协同共享的理念，有利于服务功能一体化建设，实现资源有效整合，提高生产力，促进当地的经济发展。

1  大数据背景下海南智慧物流发展面临的主要问题

1.1  管理分散，监管体系有待调整

行业的运转与发展离不开政府行政部门的监管和约束。随着互联网的发展，大数据的不断运用，物流信息技术、人工智能技术的高速发展，在智慧物流发展的过程中涉及到不同行业和部门，需要各部门之间相互协调和配合，共同完善有利于智慧物流发展的运营机制、管理机制、保障机制。……
