摘  要：加快甘肅物流产业的发展对于缩小甘肃与东部地区的经济发展差距，对于“一带一路”的成功实施具有深远的战略意义。通过甘肃与全国物流产业发展数据对比，分析甘肃物流业发展存在的问题，从现代物流业推动形成新发展格局、构建现代流通产业体系、物流技术模式创新、国家物流枢纽建设、物流信息互联共享、培育具有较强竞争力的物流企业、冷链物流等专业物流发展、物流政策体系创新七个方面提出了甘肃物流产业发展的对策。

Abstract： Accelerating the development of Gansu logistics industry has far-reaching strategic significance for narrowing the economic development gap between Gansu and the eastern region and for the successful implementation of“one belt and one road”. Through the data contrast and the national logistics industry development in Gansu province， analysis the existing problems in the development of logistics industry in Gansu， formed from the modern logistics industry to promote the new development pattern， construction of modern circulation industry system， logistics mode of technology innovation， the national logistics hub construction， logistics information internet sharing， cultivate competitive logistics enterprise， cold chain logistics， logistics and other professional logistics development policy system innovation in seven aspects put forward the countermeasures of logistics industry development in Gansu province.

1  甘肃物流业发展现状

2019年甘肃省社会物流总额完成15 614.42亿元。其中，工业品物流总额完成6 137.8亿元，占比39.3%。农产品物流总额1 870.12亿元，占比11.98%。外省流入货物物流总额7 313.23亿元，占比46.84%。进口贸易物流总额248.5亿元，占比21%。再生资源物流总额6.2亿元，占比0.04%。单位与居民物品物流总额38.63亿元，占比0.24%。

2019年全国社会物流总额298.0万亿元。其中，工业品物流总额269.6万亿元，占比90.5%;进口货物物流总额14.3万亿元，占比4.8%;农产品物流总额4.2万亿元，占比1.41%;单位与居民物品物流总额8.4万亿元，占比2.82%;再生资源物流总额1.4万亿元，占比0.47%。

与全国对比分析：甘肃省工业品物流仍占主导地位，但相比于全国发展水平，甘肃省工业品的发展仍然较落后。相比于全国农产品物流总额占比仅1.41%的水平，甘肃省农产品物流总额占比高达11.98%，甘肃作为农业大省，农副产品物流需求逐年增加。甘肃缺乏自身的产业，外省流入货物物流总额占比高。……
