摘  要：我国是研究生教育大国。作为国民教育体系的顶端，研究生教育是我国培养高层次人才和释放人才红利的主要途径。应加强新形势下研究生思想政治教育工作。文章基于“大土木”专业背景，提出研究生思想政治教育与课程思政相结合，注重实践育人，整合育人资源，将思想政治工作贯穿导学互动全过程，以创新新时代研究生思政教育，有效促成研究生思政教育育人细无声。

Abstract： China is a big country in postgraduate education. As the top of the national education system， graduate education is an important way to cultivate high-level talents and release talent dividends. We should strengthen the ideological and political education of postgraduates under the new situation. Based on the background of "large civil engineering"， this paper puts forward the combination of political and ideological education and curriculum ideological and political education， pays attention to practical education， integrates educational resources， and runs ideological and political work through the whole process of guidance and interaction， so as to innovate the ideological and political education of graduate students in the new era， and effectively promote the silent ideological and political education of graduate students.

研究生教育作为国民教育体系的顶端，是国家高等教育体系的重要组成部分。2017年，《学位与研究生教育发展“十三五”规划》出台，认为应高度重视研究生教育，应充分发挥研究生教育在培养高层次专门人才和释放人才红利的重要作用。2018年，教育部印发《教育部关于全面落实研究生导师立德树人职责的意见》，再次强调研究生教育“是国家人才竞争的重要支柱，是建设创新型国家的核心要素”。2020年7月的全国研究生教育会议上，习近平总书记强调“研究生教育在培养创新人才、提高创新能力、服务经济社会发展、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化方面具有重要作用”。国务院总理李克强也作出重要批示，指出“研究生教育肩负着高层次人才培养和创新创造的重要使命，是国家发展、社会进步的重要基石”。上述文件和讲话精神，充分体现了党中央对新时代大力发展研究生教育工作的殷切期望和高度重视，为我们做好研究生教育工作提供了遵循。……
