摘  要：在幼儿园育人活动组织的规划的过程中，建构游戏是一种重要的活动形式，在培养幼儿创新思维和实践能力方面所具有的功能性特征和价值十分显著。在组织建构游戏期间，教师需要针对游戏材料进行科学投放，在具体的工作原则上进行规范。考虑到不同幼儿的个性需求，在投放的过程中需要践行分层原则，在此基础上对具体的投放方法和实施举措进行创优，从而在良好的材料支撑下，全面提高建构游戏活动的有效性。

【Absrtact】in the process of planning the organization of kindergarten education activities，constructing games is an important form of activities，and its functional characteristics and value in cultivating children's innovative thinking and practical ability are very significant. During the organization and construction of the game，teachers need to scientifically put in the game materials and standardize the specific working principles. Considering the individual needs of different children，it is necessary to practice the principle of stratification in the process of delivery. On this basis，the concrete methods and implementation measures are created to create excellence，so as to improve the effectiveness of the construction of game activities under the support of good materials.

在幼兒园教育领域，教师需要清楚地认识到游戏化思想的育人地位，在整个教育活动中所发挥的重要支撑价值。在组织幼儿参与建构游戏活动的过程中，需要在材料投放方面提高关注度，明确具体的投放原则，将分层思想有效地贯彻下去，根据幼儿主体的不同需求以及建构游戏活动的设置规划，对材料投放进行分层设置，这样能够保证游戏活动有序开展，也能够让幼儿在建构游戏参与过程有效理解游戏活动中所包含的文化内涵，促使其心智得到有效的培育。

1.幼儿园建构游戏材料投放的问题分析

建构游戏在当前的幼儿园教育领域所占据的育人影响力比较突出，比较受幼儿的青睐。在建构游戏组织过程中做好材料投放工作，可以说对活动质量具有着十分重要的影响。然而，在材料投放过程中因为多种因素影响导致投放并不规范，所呈现的投放效果也并不理想，这给幼儿的活动参与造成十分不良的影响。……
