摘 要 隐性教育资源作为教育资源的一种，蕴藏于校园环境当中，时常通过暗示性教育，实现对教育客体产生潜移默化的教育目的。通过对资助育人中隐性教育资源的开发探索，挖掘出隐性教育资源在高校资助育人工作中的效用价值，探析隐性教育资源在高校资助育人中的运用，提出做好顶层设计同时，从专业课程、校园文化、网络媒体、受助自身及教师挖掘资助育人资源，有机将隐性教育资源融入现代高校资助育人实际工作中，以达到良好育人效果。

Abstract As a kind of educational resources， recessive educational resources are contained in the campus environment， and often through suggestive education， it can achieve the purpose of education imperceptibly. By exploring the development of recessive educational resources in subsidizing education， this paper explores the utility value of recessive educational resources in the work of subsidizing and educating people in colleges and universities， explores the application of hidden educational resources in university subsidizing education， and proposes to do a good job in top-level design. At the same time， it is necessary to excavate the hidden educational resources from professional courses， campus culture， network media， recipients themselves and teachers In order to achieve good education effect， the source should be integrated into the practical work of modern university funding education.

資助育人是促进教育公平，实现社会和谐和高校立德树人根本任务的重要落脚点，是 “十大育人体系”之一。在国家顶层设计的推动下，资助育人理念不断深入，政策体系不断完善，育人功效初步显现，但是受育人主体力量和意识的局限、内容与形式的粗放单一、学生时代特征变化等多因素交织影响，给予高校资助育人工作带来了更多思索。

1 隐性教育资源内涵及特点

所谓“隐性教育资源”是相对于“显性教育资源”，指“非书本教材式的，但是可以达到教育目的的潜在性教育资源。”在实际中，相对有目的、有计划、有主题的定制式显现教育资源不同，隐性教育资源在功能发挥中，客体不会意识到或者明显意识到教育的刻意与针对性，是一种自然状态下的参与体验过程，在无声无息中受感染与引导。
