摘 要 在鼓励全民创新创业的大潮下，高校作为创新创业的重要载体，肩负重则。目前高校的创新创业教育在认知提升、能力培养、服务实战等方面还存在亟待解决的问题，尤其是大部分高校的创新创业能力培养过程不具有系统性，导致大学生在认知不足或能力欠缺等情况下急于创业，最终于以失败告终。本文针对大学生创新创业能力培养问题进行了探索，创新性地提出了创新创业能力培养的“四步走”模式，希望可以为高校培养人才提供借鉴与参考。

Research on the Cultivation of College Students' Innovation and

Entrepreneurship Ability

Abstract In the tide of encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship， colleges and universities， as an important carrier of innovation and entrepreneurship， shoulder important responsibilities. At present， there are still some problems to be solved in the aspects of cognition improvement， ability training and service practice in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of colleges and universities. Especially， the cultivation process of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of most colleges and universities is not systematic， which leads to college students eager to start a business in the case of insufficient cognition or ability， and finally ends in failure. This paper explores the cultivation of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability， and creatively puts forward the "four step" mode of innovation and entrepreneurship ability cultivation， hoping to provide reference for colleges and universities to cultivate talents.

“大眾创业，万众创新”是由李克强总理在2014年提出的。人类社会的发展进程，本质上就是创新创业的发展历程。经济体制和科技体制改革的时代，大批的民营企业开始崭露头角，成就了今天以海尔、联想、华为等为代表的创业企业。如今互联网、大数据、人工智能时代的到来，催生了新行业和新机会，成就了阿里巴巴、腾讯、百度为首的一大批创业企业。在鼓励全民创新创业的大潮下，高校作为创新创业的重要载体，肩负重责。我国众多高校都在创新创业教育上进行积极地实践，多途径多方法加强学生的创新创业能力培养。大学生创新创业能力培养，已经进入到国家统一领导下的深入推进阶段。

1 大学生创新创业能力存在问题分析

在“双创”的号召提出后，我国高校普遍开始重视大学生创新创业能力培养的研究与实践，并取得了明显的成果，我国高校大学生的创新创业意识、创新创业素质以及创新创业实践成果均有明显增强。……
