摘 要 新生入学资格复查是高校学籍管理工作中关乎学生个人利益以及维护国家教育公平性和稳定性的重要工作，近年来受到国家的高度重视。虽然各个高校已有完整的工作流程，但是现有的工作流程中存在诸多问题。随着时代发展与科技进步，新生入学资格复查工作亟须进行优化，本文以大连一所高校为例，阐述该校在新生入学资格复查方面所实现的优化与实践，旨在为我国高校新生入学资格复查工作的进一步完善提供参考和借鉴。

Research on the Optimization and Practice of the Reexamination of College Freshmen's Admission Qualification

Abstract The reexamination of freshmen's admission qualification is an important work related to students' personal interests and maintaining the fairness and stability of national education in the management of university student status， which has been highly valued by the state in recent years. Although each university has a complete workflow， there are many problems in the existing workflow. With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology， the reexamination of freshmen's admission qualification needs to be optimized. Taking a university in Dalian as an example， this paper expounds the optimization and practice of the reexamination of freshmen's admission qualification， aiming to provide reference for the further improvement of the reexamination of freshmen's admission qualification in China.

新生入学资格复查是一项严肃而且非常重要的工作，是高校学籍管理工作中必不可少的一个环节。近年来，“冒名顶替取得学历”的新闻多次登上头条，引起了社会各界的广泛关注，“冒名顶替”事件的发生一方面对受害者个人一生的命运带来无法弥补的伤害，另一方面容易引发社会的舆论动荡，影响社会大众对我国高等教育制度的信任度和满意度，这一问题的发生暴露了我国早些年在高等教育招生和学籍管理方面存在的漏洞，也反映出了制度层面、社会层面、经济层面以及管理层面等方面存在的问题。[1]随着技术手段的进步以及国家对于高等教育公平性问题的重视，高校应该重新审视现有的管理制度以及工作流程，尤其在新生入学资格复查工作环节，要根据国家的最新要求及时优化工作内容和工作方式。……
