摘 要 研究生教育是高层次创新型人才培养的重要渠道。研究生导师作为研究生教育的第一责任人，在培养创新型人才的过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。加强导师队伍思想建设，强化导师的使命感和责任感，不断加强专业学习，把握和紧跟学术领域前沿，加快新时代研究生教育改革，激发研究生学习兴趣，缩短学习曲线，打造良好的学术氛围。推进学术平台多元化，加强横向交叉学科联合，引导学生树立理想，加强国际视角。找准新时代信息学专业教育的新方位，努力提升研究生教育的卓越性，开创研究生教育发展新局面，为创新型人才培养做出应有的贡献。

Research on the Important Role of Postgraduate Education in the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Pharmacogenomics and Informatics

Abstract Graduate education is an important channel for the cultivation of high-level innovative talents. As the first responsible person of graduate education， graduate tutors play a vital role in the process of cultivating innovative talents. Strengthen the ideological construction of tutors， strengthen the sense of mission and responsibility of tutors， constantly strengthen professional learning， grasp and keep up with the forefront of the academic field， speed up the reform of graduate education in the new era， stimulate graduate students' interest in learning， shorten the learning curve， and create a good academic atmosphere. We should promote the diversification of academic platforms， strengthen the cross disciplinary cooperation， guide students to set up their ideals， and strengthen the international perspective. In the new era， we should find out the new orientation of information science education， strive to improve the excellence of graduate education， create a new situation for the development of graduate education， and make due contributions to the cultivation of innovative talents.

药物组学信息学是一门交叉学科，其通过运用医学、生物学、数学理论及方法研究和解决医学、生物学等相关问题，从而揭示机体奥秘。多学科交叉特点，使得药物组学信息学不同于经典的生物医学和纯粹的工程学科，鉴于其在保障人类健康及在疾病的预防、诊断、治疗等领域的巨大作用，很多发达国家已将它列入高新技术领域，投巨资予以鼓励发展，是现代生物医药研究和产业发展最重要的推动力量。

创新是科研发展的前提，培养创新型人才是发展的第一要素。研究生教育，是培养高层次预备人才的主渠道。在大数据、大健康、新医科、新工科交叉融合的新时代形势下，发展学科优势，培养更多更高质量的研究生，需要制定个性化培养方案。……
