摘 要 职业技能竞赛深化了职业教育教学改革，推动了产教融合、校企合作，促进了人才培养和产业发展的结合。本文以福州职业技术学院为例，从职业技能竞赛组织工作中存在的问题为切入点，分析如何更合理更科学的进行职业技能竞赛组织管理，从而提升学校竞赛成绩。

Exploration on the Problems Existing in the Organization of Vocational Skills Competition in Higher Vocational Colleges

——A case study of Fuzhou Polytechnic

Abstract Vocational skills competition deepens the teaching reform of vocational education， promotes the integration of industry and education， school enterprise cooperation， and promotes the combination of talent training and industrial development. This article takes Fuzhou Polytechnic as an example， analyzes how to carry out the organization and management of vocational skills competition more reasonably and scientifically from the exiting problems in the organization of vocational skills competition， so as to improve the school competition results.

1 高職院校职业技能竞赛的赛事现状

全国职业院校技能竞赛作为“职业教育活动周”的活动之一（2015年国务院批复，将每年5月第二周设为“职业教育活动周”），从2008年开赛以来到2019年逐渐发展由教育部37家部委主办的高职院校教育教学领域的一大盛事。据统计仅2019年全国职业院校技能竞赛的正式比赛赛项涵盖26个专业大类，87个大项，91个分赛项，这些赛项于在天津主赛区和北京、山西、内蒙古、吉林、江苏、浙江、安徽、福建、山东、河南、湖北、湖南、广东、广西、重庆、贵州、云南、陕西、甘肃、宁夏、青岛等21个分赛区成功举行。共有来自全国37个地区的17450名选手参加了中、高职组87个项目的比赛。

面对创新性国家建设对于创新型人才的需求，在“大众创业、万众创新”的大背景之下，高职院校肩负着培养技术技能人才的重任，通过帮助学生掌握一技之长，从而实现更高质量、更充分的就业创业。职业技能竞赛是对高职人才教育质量的一次检阅，是学校人才培养质量的展示平台，技能竞赛的参赛内容对于学生而言也是其技术能力考量的指标，在职业技能竞赛中获奖对于学生个人的职业发展影响也是深远而且又意义重大。……
